POLARIS - Your Community Universe
With a unique mix of E-Sports, Gaming and Japan, Polaris brought diverse communities to the Hamburg exhibition halls from October 28-30. Stage shows, tournaments, workshops, food, cosplay and much more over three days.
I worked together with Hamburg-based event company Supercrowd Entertainment on their new convention POLARIS. The hook: A companion app people used on location. You could scan & collect QR codes, customize your avatar and help gather points for your team and unlock sweet real life prizes.
I illustrated two of the testimonial heroes for the convention areas as well as helped develop the other three. I also developed & designed the companion apps user interface and with that defined a big part of the visual elements you could find all over the convention.

You can download the app for iOS or Android (limited usability since features are connected to the physical event).
